Ann Ortega is a Senior Systems Analyst for The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio. During the past six years, she has been a driving force behind the health system's use of enterprise content management. Specifically, she was instrumental in successfully implementing document management and workflow solutions across Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Materials Management departments.
Ann has been with The MetroHealth System for seven years, working and supporting electronic content management. She is an OnBase Certified System Administrator and Workflow Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Becca Toth serves as Industry Marketing Manager for the commercial vertical for Hyland Software Inc., the Westlake, Ohio- based developer of OnBase. Becca's primary responsibilities include leading strategic marketing activities to effectively position Hyland Software in the commercial industry. Becca manages core industry positioning and messaging as well as monitors and reports on competitive and product issues.
Prior to joining Hyland, Becca, a Certified Document Imaging Architect and ECM Practitioner worked as a Marketing Manager for over five years for an enterprise quality management software company working with manufacturing companies across multiple verticals as well as managing an OEM partner relationship with a mid-tier ERP firm.
